Dr. Azeem, DDS

Dr. Nishat Azeem is a General Dentist, and a part-time Clinical Assistant Professor at UCSF School of Dentistry, where she also earned her DDS degree.
Committed to lifelong learning, she continuously expands her expertise and embraces the latest advancements in both, digital and conventional dentistry, including the growing influence of AI in the field.
She believes in treating every patient with the same kindness and care she would want for herself. With that mindset, she goes above and beyond to make each patient visit as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
As an active member of dental associations like the ADA, CDA, and the Santa Clara Dental society, she contributes to committees focused on professional development, advocacy, and community outreach.
Outside of dentistry, she loves solving brain teasers, going on road trips, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
