Some of the benefits covered by your Dental Plan include Preventive & Diagnostic Care such as Oral Exams, Cleanings and X-Rays.
Your Plan may also include Basic Restorative Care such as fillings and anesthetics. Major Restorative Care covered under your plan would include Crowns, Dentures and Bridges.
We are in nerwork with the majority of PPO Dental Plans.
